When you submit the form, you voluntarily provide your name, email, optional phone number, contact preference, and message. Netlify may also process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser, and date or time. Do not submit medical information, identification numbers, banking details, or underwriting information.

Michael Linares uses the information to respond to your inquiry, contact you through the method requested, and maintain records reasonably needed for that conversation. Submitting the form does not require you to apply for or buy a policy.

Netlify hosts the site, processes and stores form submissions, and applies spam filtering. When configured, a submission notification is delivered to the business email managed through Google Workspace. These providers process information to deliver their services.

Access is limited to Michael Linares and authorized providers needed to operate the site and email. Submissions are reviewed and deleted when no longer reasonably needed, unless a legal or regulatory obligation requires retention. You may request access, correction, or deletion by email; some requests or records may be retained when required by law.

At launch, LinaresLife.com does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, heatmaps, session recording, or advertising cookies. Netlify may process technical data needed for security and site delivery. If these practices change, this policy will be updated before new tools are enabled.
